3 cozy apartments in a charming farmhouse

This charming farmhouse is beautifully situated on the outskirts of Parentis en Born, surrounded by pine forest. The 3000 m2 property consists of 1 part house (Rosenhaus), the peacock studio (Studio Pfauensitz) and the separately standing cottage (Weinhäuschen). All apartments are on ground floor, practical and nicely decorated with typical farmhouse furnitur, have a covered porch and a nice garden area with barbecue.
Outdoors there are our small dogs, cats and a pair of peacocks running around.
A washing machine can be used with.

Les Landes (9360 km2) is  the second largest department of France.
The nature, created by the work of several generations of farmers and foresters, is present at every turn.
The climate is temperate in winter and mild in summer.
The traditional image of the country is dominated by fine sand beaches, dunes, forests and lakes.

The village Parentis en Born is located 2 km away, where there are many shops and restaurants. Among other 3 large supermarkets (SuperU, Intermarché and Aldi.) And every Thursday is market day.
Banks, post office, doctors and pharmacies are also there.
To the next, beautiful beach at the lake is 4 Km. The warm, shallow water is particularly appreciated by small children and dogs.
And to the beautiful, endless Atlantic beach is it 18 Km. There you can try as surfers.
Arcachon and the Dune of Pyla is 35 km away. Even if it is troublesome to the highest sand dune in Europe you need up!
The whole area is a very nice resort area. Although it is no longer a secret but it's much quieter  as the Mediterranean.

The forest region of the Landes de Gascogne is a 200 years ago artificially planted timber. Meanwhile, the pines have conquered the heathland.




The Great Lakes are a paradise for fishing and water sports and all'd rather swim in the fresh water. Here the children can play safely in the warm, shallow water. And you can also find shade under the trees.

One and the same beach which extends over more than 106 km and has 16 resorts with patrolled beaches.
There has even in midsummer enough space for all.
